Okay ... some of the Imaginary Band members are, possibly, not me ... are, maybe, part of you.
Yes, I dance.
If you've been to Club Dada in Deep Ellum on a Friday evening, when the Beatle's cover group Hard Night's Day was playing, you've seen me dancing. Or at any of the other places they play. I follow them around.
Actually ... if you've seen me anywhere when there was live music playing, you've probably seen me dancing. Dancing is how I progress along life's path (go read the poetry).
I dance alone most of the time ... partly because most folks are a bit shy of dancing on a more-or-less empty dance floor ... and partly because I prefer it that way even when I'm dancing with others. We will all dance alone together. See my poem about that ... it's called We Are All Loners ... but ... that said ... if you have danced with me ... thank you.
Each and every time I have danced with another, I have been blessed ... with insights, with smiles, with moving and open hearts.
If you want more pix of me dancing, then bring a camera and take some pix ... eMail copies to me and I'll put the fun ones on the site. Dave Starr can't be the only photographer that visits the club.
